QUESTIONNAIRE EVENT (QE)
Lorraine Hutchins sought confirmation regarding contact with villagers, ie what to say if they ask questions regarding plans. Tony Brady said to confirm there was no knowledge of plans in Shadoxhurst.

Cheryl questioned the work being done regarding missing the LDP deadline of April 2004. Tony confirmed this should not affect the production of the Parish Plan or Community Assessment.

Cheryl said she would contact Ian for his plans and whether he would have the field cut. plus she would ring the Kent Messenger for a reporter to attend the event and ring Susie Tigwell to obtain the map of S’hurst. Tony gave update on participants and would print off the questionnaire.

Lorraine Hutchins, Treasurer will write a letter to CASK and CIRK for possible funding, and Cheryl mentioned the need to keep a tally of expenses, including invoices for rental of pavilion and the design and production of the questionnaire.
