Bus
Shelters
Mr Hollands reported that he had had a meeting during the month with a
representative of Queensbury Bus Shelters.
As a result we have received a quote for replacing the bus
shelters at Farley Close and Tally Ho Corner as follows:-
Farley Close -
£3134.00 plus cost of removing
old shelter £100
Tally Ho Corner - £3641.00 plus
cost of removing old shelter £100
We will apply for grant funding for 50% up to £2000 for both shelters
from the KCC, but
cannot guarantee the amount we will receive.
If we do not receive any grant funding we
will pay for the second shelter from the money earmarked for Village Assets.
